If you need help with your Smart Assistant, billing, or subscription, the fastest way to reach us is by submitting a support ticket.
Step 1 – Access the Support Portal
Go to the VidDoctor support portal and click “Open a Ticket.”
You may also reach the form from within the Knowledge Base navigation menu.
Step 2 – Provide Details
Include the following:
Your business name and contact email.
A short description of the issue or request.
Any relevant screenshots or examples (if applicable).
Be as specific as possible — clear information helps our team resolve your ticket faster.
Step 3 – Submit and Track
After submitting your ticket, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Our team typically responds within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
If your request requires additional review, you’ll receive progress updates until it’s completed.
Key Reminder
Tickets are the official method for verified account actions such as plan changes, billing adjustments, or system checks.
Email inquiries can be used for general questions, but official updates or technical changes must always go through the ticket system.
