Managing Your Subscription

Your Smart Assistant subscription can be billed monthly or through a 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month commitment plan.
Each plan includes full system access, maintenance, and client support during your active billing term.


Plan Options

  • Monthly Plan – Maximum flexibility; cancel anytime after your paid month ends. Monthly pricing is higher than multi-month plans.

  • 3-Month Plan – Short-term commitment with modest savings compared to monthly billing.

  • 6-Month Plan – Greater savings and stability for returning or established users.

  • 12-Month Plan – Best overall value; includes the 60-day plan pause option and the deepest long-term discount.

The 60-day pause option allows 12-month subscribers to temporarily suspend their plan once per term without losing access or continuity. Billing automatically resumes when the pause period ends.


Downgrades and Cancellations

  • You may downgrade to a lower-tier plan during your active term.

  • You may cancel at the end of your current billing cycle by submitting a support ticket.

  • All downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period.

  • Partial or mid-cycle refunds are not available.


Founder’s Rate Policy

If you joined under a Founder’s Rate or early promotional discount, please note:

  • Once you cancel, downgrade, or change your plan, that discounted rate is permanently forfeited.

  • Re-activating later will require subscribing at the full list price available at that time.

  • The Founder’s Rate cannot be reinstated once the subscription is altered or discontinued.

This policy rewards clients who maintain continuous service and protects the value of the early adopter discount.


Managing Your Account

To upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel your plan:

  1. Open a support ticket with your request.

  2. Our team will review your account, confirm eligibility, and verify your next billing date.

  3. Once confirmed, you’ll receive written confirmation of any scheduled change.

All subscription updates must go through Support to protect your billing continuity, data integrity, and eligibility for future offers.
